RULES AND REGULATIONS:


1. Maximum of 2 participants per team.

2. Abstract should be a maximum of 250 words.

3. Last date for submission of abstract and paper is 10th November 2010.

4. Paper should not be more than 15 pages of A4 sheet (including graphs and figures).

5. Paper should be in Word format, Times New Roman, Font size- 12, 1.5 Line spacing.

6. Selected participants will be intimated through e-mail by 20th November 2010.

7. Presentations must be done in Power Point only.

8. Teams will be given a maximum of 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes questioning session.

9. Judges decision will be final.

Rules And Regulations

3. Selected participants will be intimated on or before 20th November 2010.

4. The college will provide no materials for the poster.

5. The poster should be of 3m x 4m size.

6. Participants will be judged for their creativity, the way they present it, and originality.

7. Participants will be given a maximum of 5 minutes to explain their posters after which they will be questioned on the same.

Intimation of Acceptance : 20th November 2010

Submission of Full paper along with
